  • Our team evaluates your property and provides you with a highly detailed comparative marketing analysis
  • At our cost, a professional photographer will take the photos and a video tour of your property to be included in all your property’s advertising
  • We will market your property on all major portals, including two of our social media sites, Property24, Private Property and more
  • For the viewing, you as the owner or the tenant will show the potential buyers around. Our team will call and get the potential buyers detailed feedback.
  • e pre-qualify every buyer ourselves. All negotiations and offers will come through us. We are fully engaged with you and the potential buyer through the whole process until registration occurs.

As a hybrid team, of course, we do offer the more traditional approach to selling your home. If you prefer the more traditional approach, or hosting your own viewings is not an option, our experienced team does offer this professional service to you, including all offerings and viewings, at a low, low commission of 4.5%, in selected areas.
